If you willingly choose to put yourself in a career/job that exposes you to such shenanigans do you have the right to sue?

You know what surprises me, when people are surprised by others behavior. When a person has power and control they tend to get away with a whole lot of lot i.e. LOTS!  Which brings up todays Kristina Rant; it has both the elements of shock and surprise that the mass canoodles seem to always have mixed with the things rich people get away with.

A 41 year old female, (thanks for fucking it up for the rest of us middle aged women ya dick), was working for Universal Music Publishing Group, through an agency Universal Protection Services, as a security guard and exposed to drugs and *gasp* a sexually explicit environment. What I am wondering is if this WOManonymous protected by anonymity under California's Whistler Blower law, knew she was applying to work with musicians and actors. If you purposely applied to work for this company to do this specific job then you had prior knowledge of the environment.

The last I checked people do not magically get jobs working in the industry you need to actively SEEK out this type of employment, go through an extension background check and sign all sorts of contracts to protect people’s privacy or through an outside agency.

But let us say for instance WOManonymous did not actively seek out said employments, when she was offered the job I am quite sure they explained to her who she would be exposed too etc. Did WOManonymous say, "Oh no sugah, I can't take a job like that even if it does pay $14 an hour!" No, I am pretty sure she had dollar signs on her eyes or maybe thought she would meet and/or marry some wealthy Producer or Artist. One can never truly know the reason.

This woman was probably doing what her job description told her to do had she had worked somewhere that actually needed security. Why go tell rappers to move their vehicles when you know the studio is going to side with the MONEY maker. No one really cares about a security guard who makes $11.50 an hour.

What do people think is going to happen to them when they go into any type of a "Protect and Serve" environment? Ya think it is going to be easy? It is stressful and you are subjected to all kinds of ICK! but you have to toughen up. Does anyone know why she would be in the men’s restroom during patrol because I cannot seem to figure that out at all?

On the brighter side, I hear there is a job opening in Santa Monica.
